Un examen des principaux determinants superstructurels permet d'apprehender la relation finance-developpement. Une etude des crises economiques et financieres recentes montre les processus de mutation des infrastructures financieres, en particulier, sous forme "d'actions-reactions". Leur forte adaptabilite constitue leur caracteristique majeure.
