Infrastructures financieres et developpement: chocs et mutations

Abstract

Peut-on faire reference a des infrastructures dans la sphere financiere? Par analogie avec d'autres domaines d'activite, en mettant en evidence des composantes materielles et immaterielles, des infrastructures financieres pures et hybrides sont identifiees. Un examen des principaux determinants superstructurels permet d'apprehender la relation finance-developpement. Une etude des crises economiques et financieres recentes montre les processus de mutation des infrastructures financieres, en particulier, sous forme "d'actions-reactions". Leur forte adaptabilite constitue leur caracteristique majeure.
