Abstract

Le secteur du commerce de detail connait d'importantes turbulences. Les commercants doivent composer avec un environnement concurrentiel de plus en plus international, et des acteurs importants provenant des autres continents prennent place dans cette nouvelle economie globale. Comment reagir, ou mieux, pro-agir? Outre un cadre d'analyse du secteur de detail, nous proposons une serie de strategies generiques que peuvent appliquer les commercants interesses a devenir strateges. Et pour rendre operationnel le cheminement theorique suggere, nous illustrons ces strategies par un exemple d'application.
