Abstract

Dans le présent travail, l'auteur essaie d'analyser, ou plus exactement de « déconstruire », l'essentiel de la pensée dite de « stratégie » et de gouvernance d'ensemble des organisations, actuellement dominante sur la scène universitaire dans le domaine du management.
