Abstract
Ce cahier de recherche presente le resultat d'un travail de conception et de formalisation d'une methodologie du diagnostic operationnel global d'une unite industrielle. Les auteurs, experts dans leurs disciplines respectives, ont constitue une equipe pluridisciplinaire pour aborder, avec une demarche coherente et homogene, les dimensions strategique, technologique, marketing, industrielle, financiere, ressources humaines du diagnostic operationnel. Ces six analyses, qui comportent une genese, un etet de l'art et une trame de questionnement, debouchent sur un modele synthetique de representation du secteur et des competences de l'entreprise.
