Abstract

Les Banques Centrales ont fait des choix differents en ce qui concerne l'information qu'elle donnent aux agents economiques prives sur leurs objectifs de politique economique, leurs methodes internes d'analyse, leurs previsions, les motifs de leurs decisions... Certaines sont tres transparentes, d'autres assez opaques; la transparence est sans doute une condition de la credibilite et de la responsabilite, mais l'opacite peut permettre une meilleure efficacite.
