Abstract

La Banque Centrale Europeenne a un objectif different de l'objectif social, puisqu'elle stabilisse les prix sans avoir d'autre objectif, et les gouvernements cooperent pour choisir leur politique budgetaire,comme le montre le fait que les programmes fiscaux sont choisis independamment. Ils sont d'autre part soumis au pacte de stabilite. Nous nous interrogeons sur le cout d'un objectif de la bce different de l'objectif social, sur celui de l'absence de coordination entre les gouvernements et entre les gouverenements et la BCE et sur l'efficacite du pacte de stabilite.
