Abstract

Le vieillissement de la population resulte essentiellement de l'allongement de l'esperance de vie, avec un age de retraite inchange, ceci se traduit evidemment par un allongement de la duree moyenne de la retraite. Nous examinons, a l'aide de trois modeles theoriques tres voisins, avec generations imbriquees, les implications de cette modalite du vieillissement sur le bien-etre (en integrant l'incertitude sur la duree de vie a la retraite); les comportements de consommation, dans la mesure ou ils dependent de l'age de reception de l'heritage (l'allongement de l'esperance de vie implique aussi un age plus tardif de reception des heritages); le choix du systeme optimal de retraite (entre repartition et capitalisation). Les resultats sont le plus souvent contre-intuitifs.
