Abstract

Lors de la crise asiatique, les institutions internationales (comme le FMI) ont renfloue les emprunteurs, ce qui a permis d'eviter les defaillances en chaine chez les preteurs. Nous nous demandons, en utilisant un modele theorique des relation des relations entre preteurs (dans les pays de l'OCDE) et emprunteurs-investisseurs (dans les pays emergents), dans quelle mesure ce type de comportement de preteurs en dernier ressort internationaux est optimal, s'il est anticipe.
