Abstract

Face aux perspectives proches de l'An 2000, la Cite devient un enjeu economique de premiere importance. La Ville, lieu de convivialite, devient un produit economique strategique et culturel. Les outils de l'amenageur se heurtent aux echelles decisionnelles constituees par des textes legislatifs et reglementaires. Les auteurs proposent de conceptualiser un instrument d'analyse economiquel et physique integrant les problemes ecologiques des espaces urbains et ruraux dans le cadre d'une gestion coherente.
