Une approche territoriale de la gestion des ressources en eau

Abstract

Notre recherche va s'attacher a etudier les causes du desequilibre entre l'offre et la demande des ressources eneau qui conduisent a des conflits d'usage, a traver sl'analyse du bassin Rhone-Mediterrennee-Corse. Il est donc necessaire de decrire les acteurs impliques, tant au niveau public que prive. Puis, dans une seconde partie, nous allons definir les caracteristiques du marche de l'eau afin de disposer des elements necessaires pour resoudre ce probleme de gestion des ressources en eau.
