L'approche territoriale du developpement. Une expression organisationnelle du developpement durable

Abstract

La problematique d'un developpement soutenable (ou developpement durable) n'est generalement abordee que dans une perspective globale, celle de la prise en compte et de la maitrise des risques ecologiques a l'echelle de la planete, risques engendres par le modele de developpement privilegie dans les societe occidentales. L'objectif de cette communication est de re-visiter cette problematique a travers une approche territorialisee du developpement, et de re-definir et d'apprecier alors lesmodalites organisationnelles qui en decoulent. Il s'agit donc de contribuer a une definition des formes organisationnelles necessaires a la mise en oeuvre d'un processus de developpement durable sur des bases territooriales, c'est-a-dire dans un perspective d'effectivite.
