Abstract

Dans cet article, nous analysons les fondements et les principes de la propriete intellectuelle dans le domaine du logiciel et tentons de mettre en evidence la maniere dont le logiciel libre offre une possibilite de sortir des limites et contradictions dans lesquelles le developpement du logiciel s'est vu progressivement contraint.
