Abstract

2016年是见证在改善食物安全和营养并兑现可持续发展承诺方面取得重要进展的一年。然而,急剧变化的政治、经济和人口形势所带来的诸多挑战也将考验全球在新的可持续发展议程下的发展势头。随着快速城市化在全球范围内的深入推进,贫困、食物不安全和营养不良日益成为城市所面临的问题。这种快速转变正改变饮食结构,重塑粮食链,推动小农场与现代超市的对接。展望未来,用于消除饥饿和营养不良的政策和投资必须考虑到城市贫困人口的需求,发 展农村食物生产者与城市市场之间的密切联系,同时为农村和城市人口提供支持。
