Abstract

L’organisation scientifique du travail évacuait l’intime – expression de la subjectivité et personnalité du travailleur. A l’inverse, les organisations actuelles du travail (délégation, savoir-être et compétences relationnelles), sollicitent fortement les dimensions intimes de la personnalité du travailleur, désormais exposées à des risques de non-respect, sources de nouvelles formes de souffrances au travail. Nous étudions les problèmes de délimitation de la force de travail et ceux posés par la recherche d’implication pouvant glisser vers un risque de mobilisation totale. Enfin, nous analysons les risques d’intrusion dans l’intimité liés à l’usage des NTIC comme dispositifs de surveillance et de collectes de données.
