L’analyse des réseaux sociaux comme outil de gestion au service des responsables d’une communauté de savoir

Abstract

La contribution attendue de cette communication est de montrer en quoi les outils de l’analyse des réseaux sociaux (ARS) peuvent être utiles pour évaluer et améliorer le fonctionnement de communautés de savoir. Le principal but de ces communautés est de favoriser les échanges entre les participants afin d’améliorer ou de produire des connaissances individuelles et collectives. L’ARS constitue une méthode qui permet d’obtenir une représentation graphique des différents types d’échanges entre les membres ainsi que certains indicateurs utiles à la description de la structure des échanges. Elle peut être mobilisée dans le cadre de recherche-action en management. Il s’agit alors pour le chercheur de permettre aux responsables de situer la communauté dans l’atteinte de ses objectifs et de s’appuyer sur leurs interprétations pour développer avec eux des actions correctives visant à en améliorer le fonctionnement. Cette communication expose l’intérêt, la démarche et les résultats d’une recherche menée auprès d’une communauté de chercheurs au sein d’une institution de Recherche Développement et Innovation (RDI) luxembourgeoise.
