Abstract

Le présent article vise à dresser l’état des lieux de l’industrie du verre et du cristal à la main en Lorraine. Deux cadres d’analyse ont ainsi été mobilisés : tout d’abord, le modèle des cinq forces concurrentielles de Porter a permis de mettre en évidence les principales composantes du secteur ainsi que ses problématiques internes ; enfin, l’approche par les réseaux s’est attachée à l’étude des liens existants et potentiels entre les différents intervenants.
