La croissance externe et l’emploi dans les entreprises absorbantes

Abstract

Les fusions et les acquisitions ont des implications humaines et organisationnelles sur les entreprises qui suivent de telles stratégies. L’objectif de cet article est ainsi d’analyser les effets des opérations de croissance externe sur l’emploi dans les entreprises absorbantes (et dans les entreprises absorbées). Après une présentation des travaux conceptuels et empiriques consacrés à ce thème, une analyse réalisée à partir de bilans sociaux a été menée sur 33 entreprises absorbantes (avant et après l’opération) et sur 33 entreprises témoins. Les résultats montrent différentes particularités dans la politique d’emploi (départ et recrutement) des entreprises absorbantes.
