Abstract

This article discusses about ONU Sustainable Development Goal #16: access to justice. OECD's Public Governance Committee declared such goal as a fundamental one for member countries and recommends measures are taken towards its achievement. Although Brazil is not among the countries assessed by OECD in this matter, this article presents National Justice Council's indicators on Brazilian legal and justice services and the Country's approach to access to justice in view to Brazil's accession to the Organization.
