L’insoutenabilité sociale du développement durable ?

Abstract

Le développement durable confronte les divers modes du développement (économique, financier, social, culturel..) aux normes de l’ordre écologique. Cet ordre naturel n’est pas compatible avec l’ordre social, ce qui implique, selon Quesnay, la régulation par un despote. La régulation de l’ordre naturel peut aller très loin, jusqu’à justifier les flux de population résultant de la famine et du chômage. En oubliant la priorité de la personne par rapport à son environnement.
