Un guide critique des indicateurs de politique de développement

Abstract

Il existe de nombreux indicateurs de politique de développement et une présentation critique de ces indicateurs apparaît nécessaire. Ce document présente un premier guide critique des principaux indicateurs disponibles, l’utilisation opérationnelle de certains des indicateurs et les critiques qui leur sont généralement adressées. Des exemples de comparaisons d’indicateurs sont aussi proposés comme une première étape vers une comparaison systématique.
