Abstract

El presente documento trata de caracterizar las vías de modernización de la Administración pública española que deberían seguirse para conseguir una reforma exitosa. Se consideran,sucesivamente, las siguientes áreas: 1) recursos humanos, 2) digitalización de la Administración, 3) colaboración público-privada, 4) transparencia en la gestión pública y 5) mecanismos de control de la gestión pública. No se incluye la evaluación de políticas públicas, por haber sido objeto de análisis en un informe específico del GTMC (de la Fuente et al., 2021).
