Sobre las propuestas del Gobierno para modificar el cálculo de la población ajustada

Abstract

En esta nota se resumen las recientes propuestas del Ministerio de Hacienda para modificar la actual metodología de cálculo de la población ajustada y se comparan con las de la Comisión de Expertos para la reforma de la financiación autonómica. Las implicaciones de ambas propuestas se cuantifican utilizando datos de 2017 y se comparan con la situación existente bajo el sistema actualmente en vigor. Se argumenta que algunas de las propuestas del Ministerio son cuestionables por su arbitrariedad.
