¿Qué datos se necesitan para territorializar las cuentas públicas?

Abstract

El Ministerio de Hacienda acaba de colgar en la web del Instituto de Estudios Fiscales (IEF) una parte de los datos necesarios para calcular las balanzas fiscales de 2021. Como el propio Ministerio indica, se trata sólo de una primera entrega que deberá completarse en las próximas semanas. El Ministerio también invita a los interesados a solicitar las ampliaciones de datos que consideren necesarias, y eso haré después de describir brevemente lo que se ha publicado y sus limitaciones.
