Notas sobre el proyecto de ley de familias

Abstract

En esta nota se resume la normativa ya existente sobre ayudas a las familias, así como las novedades que en esta materia introduce el proyecto de nueva ley de familias. El texto introduce una bienvenida actualización del concepto de familia para adecuarlo a la cambiante realidad social y, en coherencia con ella, extiende algunas ayudas antes restringidas a familias numerosas o parejas casadas a nuevos beneficiarios, pero tiene, por lo demás, efectos prácticos bastante limitados.
