Notas sobre el proyecto de ley de vivienda

Abstract

Tras casi un año de parálisis, el Gobierno ha reactivado la tramitación del proyecto de ley de vivienda mediante un acuerdo con varios de sus habituales aliados parlamentarios para aprobar el texto con rapidez. El acuerdo introduce algunos matices importantes en su contenido que generalmente empeoran el proyecto, aunque sin cambiar sus grandes líneas, ya bien definidas en el anteproyecto. La presente nota resume y valora críticamente el contenido del texto en la versión aprobada por el Congreso (BOCG, 2023), que está actualmente en tramitación en el Senado.
