Algunos comentarios sobre el proyecto de ley de empleo

Abstract

Una de las actuaciones contempladas para la implementación de esta Reforma es la modificación del actual texto refundido de la Ley de Empleo (Real Decreto Legislativo 3/2015, de 23 de octubre) para potenciar los instrumentos de actuación y de coordinación del Sistema Nacional de Empleo, para tal y como recoge el documento “España 2050. Fundamentos y propuestas para una Estrategia Nacional de Largo Plazo”, cumplir con el desafío de resolver las deficiencias de nuestro mercado de trabajo y adaptarlo a las nuevas realidades sociales, económicas y tecnológicas.
