¿Reducirá la LOSU la “precariedad”?

Abstract

Interpretaciones “creativas” de las leyes han permitido a las universidades utilizar contratos temporales para contratar profesores con los que mantienen relaciones permanentes. La Ley de Ordenación del Sistema Universitario (LOSU) regula las relaciones laborales dentro de la universidad para reducir latemporalidad. En esta nota se resume de un modo crítico el proyecto de ley y se reflexiona sobre las causas que generan estas situaciones de precariedad, recurrentes en la universidad española.
