Abstract

Es posible que la Pandemia pueda suponer un antes y un después en la organización del trabajo. Las ventajas potenciales del teletrabajo para las empresas, los trabajadores y la economía en su conjunto son muchas. Las empresas, una vez superados los temores iniciales de como buscar una medida para calcular la productividad de sus trabajadores en la distancia, han encontrado las ventajas del teletrabajo, entre las que tenemos: la reducción de costes físicos y de desplazamientos, atracción y retención de talento, mejora en la productividad o el impulso en la transformación tecnológica de la empresa
