Abstract

Con un presupuesto de más de 3.000 millones de euros, el programa Kit Digital (PKD) es el más importante de los programas del Plan de Recuperación centrados en la digitalización de las empresas. Tras algunas reflexiones sobre la lógica de las ayudas públicas a la digitalización de empresas privadas, en el presente documento se describe el diseño del PKD a partir de la orden de bases y de la primera convocatoria, ya publicadas, y se ofrecen algunas reflexiones sobre diversos aspectos del proyecto.
