Observatorio Fiscal y Financiero de las CC.AA.. La financiación autonómica en 2020: una primera aproximación y una propuesta de cara a 2021

Abstract

En este trabajo se construyen algunas estimaciones preliminares de la financiación recibida por las comunidades autónomas de régimen común durante el ejercicio 2020 con criterios tanto de caja como de devengo, destacando las diferencias con la evolución de la financiación autonómica durante la anterior crisis. En su parte final, se retoma la propuesta avanzada en de la Fuente (2020e) de establecer un fondo transitorio de nivelación parra complementar la financiación de las comunidades peor financiadas mientras se aborda la necesaria reforma del sistema de financiación autonómica.
