Observatorio Fiscal y Financiero de las CC.AA. Previsiones de cierre para 2019

Abstract

En este informe analizaremos la evolución reciente de las finanzas de las Comunidades Autónomas (CC.AA). En primer lugar, realizaremos un análisis sobre los datos de ejecución presupuestaria (MHFP, 2019a) tanto por el lado de los ingresos como de los gastos en lo que llevamos del año 2019. Después, comentaremos el saldo en términos de Contabilidad Nacional (CN) (IGAE, 2019a) y también analizaremos los ajustes de CN para pasar del saldo presupuestario al saldo en términos de CN. Para completar nuestro análisis realizaremos una proyección del saldo en CN de cierre para el año 2019.
