Abstract

En el presente trabajo se simulan los resultados a competencias homogéneas del modelo propuesto por la Comisión de Expertos para la revisión del sistema de financiación de régimen común. Los cálculos se realizan en primer lugar bajo un escenario de corte continuista con el modelo actual para analizar seguidamente la sensibilidad de los resultados a posibles cambios en los valores de los parámetros que el informe de la Comisión no concreta y remite a la negociación política. Se incluye una hoja de Excel que permite simular el sistema bajo cualquier valor de estos parámetros.
