El nuevo acuerdo de financiación regional: un análisis de urgencia. ADENDA

Abstract

La presente nota es una adenda a un trabajo reciente (de la Fuente, 2009) en el que se analizaba el nuevo modelo de financiación regional a partir del acuerdo del Consejo de Política Fiscal y Financiera aprobado el pasado julio. En la nota se analizan las novedades que introduce el proyecto de ley sobre la materia remitido recientemente por el Gobierno a las Cortes en relación con el acuerdo original y se actualizan mis previsiones originales sobre los resultados financieros del nuevo sistema. También se destacan algunos problemas técnicos del proyecto.
