Türkiye İmalat Sanayi Alt Sektörleri İhracat Talep Fonksiyonu

Abstract

İhracat, gelişmekte olan ülkelerin ekonomik performanslarını etkileyen önemli faktörlerden biridir. Bu nedenle çalışmada, Türkiye’nin ithalat ve ihracatını önemli derecede etkileyen Gümrük Birliği sonrası süreç için, Türkiye’nin imalat sanayi ihracatı sektörler bazında analiz edilmiştir. ISIC Rev.3 iki basamaklı 22 imalat sanayi sektörü arasında en çok ihracatı yapılan ilk dört sektörün (ana metal, motorlu kara taşıtları, tekstil ve giyim sektörleri) ihracat talep fonksiyonları, 1996-2014 dönemlerine ait üçer aylık veriler kullanılarak tahmin edilmiştir. Çoklu doğrusal regresyon modellerine ihtiyaç duyulan bu tip ekonometri çalışmalarında parametre tahminlerinin beraberinde getirdiği problemlerden biri, zaman serisi verilerinde durağanlık sorunudur. Çalışmada durağanlığın belirlenmesi için öncelikle birim kök testleri yapılmıştır. Birim kök testi sonucunda aynı derecede bütünleşik oldukları tespit edilen ilgili sektörlerin uzun dönem ilişkileri, Johansen eşbütünleşme analizi çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Test edilen uzun dönemli ilişkinin varlığına bağlı olarak, hata düzeltme modeli (VECM) tahmin edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda ana metal sanayi, tekstil ürünleri ve giyim eşyası sektörleri ihracat talep fonksiyonları için uzun dönemli bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir.
