Türkiye Ekonomisinde Toplam Faktör Verimliliği ve Beşeri Sermaye İlişkisi: 1950-2013

Abstract

İktisat literatüründe çok önemli bir kavram olan ekonomik büyümeyi açıklamada beşeri sermaye ve toplam faktör verimliliğinin(TFV) rolleri oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmada beşeri sermayenin iş gücü üzerinde etkisi olduğu gibi TFV üzerinde de etkisi olduğu düşüncesi ile Türkiye Ekonomisinde 1950-2013 döneminde TFV ile beşeri sermaye arasındaki ilişki incelenilecektir. Bu ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla literatürde bu konu incelenirken daha önce kullanılmamış olan yapısal kırılmaları dikkate alan birim kök ve eşbütünleşme testleri kullanılacaktır. Çalışma sonucunda beşeri sermaye ile TFV arasında eşbütünleşme ilişkisinin var olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
