Abstract

Many studies simply demonstrate that there is paucity of empirical data, research findings and literature on the status of children dependent on prostitutes in Uttar Pradesh. Thus, it is imperative to conduct a field survey in the state of Uttar Pradesh to examine the social problem of trafficking and prostitution in children and women and status of children depending on prostitutes.
