Abstract
De plus, cet accord est mis en oeuvre entre des pays déjà liés par des accords de zones de libre échange bilatérales (Maroc-Egypte, Egypte-Tunisie …) touchant à plusieurs domaines de coopération en particulier les échanges commerciaux. Dans l’objectif d’analyser cet accord d’intégration sud –sud et de tenter de mesurer son impact, nous articulerons notre recherche autour des trois points : Dans une première partie, nous replacerons cet accord de Z.L.E dans le cadre de la théorie économique. Il s’agira de faire une revue de la littérature économique sur la problématique de l’intégration et du libre échange : ses fondements, ses contraintes, ses avantages. L’accent sera mis sur les analyses et les études ayant traité de l’intégration régionale en général et de l’intégration sud – sud en particulier ; Dans une deuxième partie, nous conduirons une analyse approfondie ainsi qu’une radioscopie des échanges entre les quatre pays. Nous pourrons alors mettre en évidence les atouts et les contraintes de l’intégration entre ces pays. Enfin, nous tenterons d’évaluer la plus value ou le gain que peut générer pour chaque pays leur l’intégration dans le cadre de l’accord d’Agadir. L’impact de cette intégration sera saisi à travers la simulation faite par un modèle d’équilibre Général Calculable.Download Info
