Abstract

El nuevo gobierno de Evo Morales está, relativamente, en buena posición de llevar a diferentes políticas económicas que son necesarias para un cambio que dé resultados contrarios a el fracaso económico de largo plazo que ha experimentado Bolivia en el pasado y de esta manera ayudar a la gente pobre. Este reporte analiza la deuda pública externa de Bolivia, el alivio de la deuda, subvenciones, préstamos del exterior, y el sector comercial.
