Abstract

Inleiding. Niets is zo praktisch als een goede theorie. En dit geldt ook voor bedrijfskunde als een recente tak van wetenschap. Bedrijfskunde heeft immers als object van studie het vanuit managementsoogpunt benaderen van het functioneren van formele organisaties in relatie tot hun omgeving. Dit ogenschijnlijk praktische vraagstuk blijkt geen eenvoudige opgave te zijn. Goede theorieën zijn daarbij onontbeerlijk.
