Estilos de gestión del conocimiento. La velocidad de aprendizaje como factor clave

Abstract

(WPE 05/03 Clave pdf) La obtención de mejores resultados a partir del conocimiento exige la instauración de unas condiciones de gestión orientadas tanto a la reunión de conocimientos efectivos como a su movilización activa; estos esfuerzos organizados han recibido el nombre de "gestión del conocimiento". Sobre la base de estas ideas, el presente artículo ofrece un marco característico que especifica cómo influyen e interactúan una serie de mecanismos de gestión del conocimiento sobre la capacidad de aprendizaje de la organización. A través del análisis de 111 empresas españolas se elabora una tipología de organizaciones en cuanto a estilos de gestión del conocimiento.
