Situación actual del entorno logístico español y análisis de Brechas

Abstract

Se describe un proyecto de logística financiado por el gobierno español con el objetivo de proponer medios para la mejora de la logística de la competitividad. Una parte clave del proyecto era evaluar el estado actual de la logística y las prácticas de la cadena de suministro en el país, y comparar éstas con las mejores prácticas globales. Tras las pruebas piloto, un instrumento con más de 200 preguntas fue diseñado y aplicado, resultando en 133 respuestas válidas.
