Abstract

Presenta los antecedentes sobre las relaciones economicas entre los paises del Istmo Centroamericano y la Comunidad Europea y las propuestas para un acuerdo de cooperacion entre ambos procesos de integracion. Incluye anexos con el texto del mensaje enviado por el director de CEPAL/Mexico el 22 de agosto a los ministros responsables de la integracion centroamericana; la Declaracion de Tegucigalpa; y la exposicion del vocero centroamericano en la reunion especial del Programa para el Desarrollo Economico del Istmo Centroamericano, Bruselas, 1983.
