Abstract

Analiza la agroindustria y el desarrollo economico en Centroamerica; las relaciones de la agroindustria alimentaria con el sector agropecuario y con el de la comercializacion; algunas caracteristicas relevantes del sector agropecuario; y las relaciones entre el desarrollo agroindustrial y los patrones de consumo de alimentos y la situacion nutricional de la poblacion.
