Abstract

Expone el proyecto de transferir a los paises de la region, la metodologia de analisis y planificacion de desarrollo electrico, perfeccionada durante el Estudio Regional que se concluyo a mediados de 1980. Se trata de una moderna tecnologia basada en modelos matematicos y programas de computacion electronica. En anexo, incluye un resumen de los principales programas de uso general.
