Abstract

Describe la organizacion de un seminario que reuniria a representantes de los diversos sectores publicos y privados relacionados con la energia electrica, para darles a conocer los beneficios que pueden obtener los paises al poner en marcha la interconexion de sus sistemas nacionales, y analizar los diferentes aspectos tecnicos administrativos, economicos y financieros del esquema de integracion.
