Abstract

El siguiente documento nace de la necesidad de buscar respuestas a interrogantes sobre la condición humana, sobre cómo vivir en sociedad, sobre la ética, las virtudes, la felicidad y las pasiones, más aún en los tiempos convulsos que vivimos. Así, busca incentivar una reflexión sobre los problemas de la democracia, la política, y otros tópicos atingentes a la problemática de los liderazgos públicos colaborativos, para acercarse hacia una idea de democracia más profunda y compleja, siendo un espacio de construcción social. Finalmente, busca ser un aporte hacia la promoción de una cultura democrática en las sociedades contemporáneas de la región, al entregar algunas ideas y condiciones que permiten el desarrollo de nuevos liderazgos públicos colaborativos que contribuyan a fomentar el desarrollo de territorios más inclusivos y sostenibles.
