Abstract

En este documento se analiza la Asignación Universal por Hijo para Protección Social desde distintas perspectivas, las que se engloban en dos ejes principales: i) la indagación sobre las lógicas y los supuestos que dan forma al diseño de la AUH; y ii) el análisis del micro-funcionamiento de las condicionalidades. Si bien desde la creación de la AUH a la actualidad se han elaborado abundantes estudios sobre la política en cuestión focalizados en el impacto de la medida, a los efectos del presente análisis, se presta especial consideración a examinar aspectos novedosos como la lógica de diseño e implementación.
