Pueblos indígenas y programas de transferencias con corresponsabilidad: avances y desafíos desde un enfoque técnico

Abstract

El documento explora la incorporación de un enfoque étnico a los programas de transferencias condicionadas o con corresponsabilidad" (PTC) en América Latina. Si bien los PTC no son étnicamente focalizados desde su origen, se espera que éstos incluyan a quienes pertenecen a pueblos indígenas debido a la sobrerrepresentación de estos últimos entre las personas viviendo en situación de pobreza e indigencia en la región. El documento indaga en las adecuaciones que han sido introducidas en estos programas para generar acciones con pertinencia y en consonancia con los derechos de los pueblos indígenas (DPI), y responder a los retos de la inequidad interétnica y la pobreza indígena."
