Abstract

Este estudio analiza las principales tendencias observadas en la composición y características del empleo asalariado de la agricultura de exportación y las tensiones asociadas a la relación entre vida familiar y laboral desde una perspectiva que busca poner atención en la incidencia del modelo productivo en el mercado de trabajo, en las formas de organización de las familias, las relaciones de género en su interior y el reparto de las actividades de cuidado, en un contexto en que se han mantenido prácticamente inalteradas las normas relativas a la división sexual del trabajo doméstico.
