Negociación salarial colectiva: revisión de la literatura y de la experiencia en Uruguay 2005-2006

Abstract

Resumen Este informe está compuesto por dos partes. La primera aborda el enfoque microeconómico sobre la negociación salarial y discute los efectos macroeconómicos de distintas formas de negociación. Ello se hace en base a una revisión de la literatura económica internacional teórica y empírica. Posteriormente se incluye una síntesis de las principales conclusiones de trabajos realizados para Uruguay sobre el tema con un enfoque económico. La segunda presenta los resultados de un relevamiento de opiniones sobre diferentes aspectos de la negociación salarial en Uruguay. Para ello se recurre a los resultados de una encuesta a participantes en la negociación, así como a entrevistas en profundidad a algunos especialistas en el tema.
